By installing and using the LyricGlow app, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

LyricGlow displays time-synced lyrics for music playing on your device. Lyrics are retrieved from third-party sources and are provided "as is"; we cannot guarantee that lyrics are available, accurate, or correctly timed for every song.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use LyricGlow only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service beyond what applicable law permits.

3. Intellectual property

Lyrics and song metadata are the property of their respective rights holders. LyricGlow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any music streaming service or lyrics provider.

4. No warranty

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

6. Changes

We may update the app and these terms over time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
